Description de la mission

The DM Country Coordinator will participate in the creation and execution of B2C direct marketing campaigns for the Center Parcs brand in the French market. The coordinator is responsible for:

  • Growing the database through lead generation campaigns.
  • Generating turnover from high-impact, short-term direct marketing campaigns, especially via the email channel.
  • Successfully creating, adapting, and executing specific CRM campaigns tailored to the local market across various direct channels (online and offline).
  • Understanding client behavior in the market and providing recommendations to optimize the CRM strategy in alignment with the Client Value team.
  • Responsible for expanding the French customer database by initiating and managing effective lead generation campaigns.
  • Managing email campaigns for Work Council customers.

Outils Informatiques

The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills, including:

  • Experience with CRM and email marketing tools: Prior experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms is highly desirable.
  • Candidates who haven't worked with these tools should demonstrate the ability to learn them quickly.
  • Proficiency in standard windows programs: Mastery of standard Windows applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), is a prerequisite.

  • Excellent French Language Skills: Proficient in French with the ability to craft high-quality, engaging written content.
  • Technological Affinity: Strong interest and familiarity with applications and technology in digital marketing and CRM.
  • Open-mindedness towards new technologies: Eager to embrace new technological developments, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Self-Confidence: Demonstrates strong self-assurance in decision-making and taking initiative.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Skilled in adapting CRM campaigns to suit the local market's needs and preferences.
  • Analytical Skills: Capable of understanding client behavior and providing valuable insights to optimize CRM strategies.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective messaging.
  • Experience in digital marketing/CRM: Previous experience in direct marketing campaigns, lead generation, or CRM is a plus.
